Strategy & Innovation

A "company strategy", which deserves this designation, ensures long-lasting competitive advantages. These can be particularly low costs, qualitatively outstanding products or the unique access to attractive target groups.

In any case, they are based on an approach that cannot be copied easily. This applies particularly to entirely new approaches or innovations.

A once gained position may be endangered or at least challenged by internal as well as external factors. Therefore, the questions relating to the company strategy are very different.

In our strategy projects, we typically combine several perspectives to draw a complete picture, but we also investigate single aspects in detail:

  • SWOT analysis
  • Benchmarking and best practice surveys
  • Determination of specific skills or deficits
  • Structural process optimisation (process innovations)
  • Evaluation of investment projects (among others: net present value approach)
  • Innovation and "future directions" workshops
  • Strategy formulation (mission, vision, goal definition)
  • Sharpening of the own positioning on the basis of market and competitive analyses
  • Re-positioning
  • Identification and preparation of co-operations (e.g. support in negotiations)
